What is My Account?

We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at PureFragrances.com.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been received, you will get an email/sms saying your payment has been received and the order is confirmed.

Shopping

Is it necessary to have a PureFragrances.com account to shop?
No, not necessary to have an account to shop, you can shop as a guest.

Is it possible to order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
No.

What do I need to know before ordering a gift?
Just let us know your message that needs to go with the gift.

How do I make a payment for a PureFragrances.com purchase?
PureFragrances.com offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card,Debit Card, Net Banking and E-Gift Certificate. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private (link to privacy policy). PureFragrances.com and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on PureFragrances.com?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with PureFragrances.com. We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 500 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs.50 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from PureFragrances.com.
In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. Account details, billing address, password (in case net banking)
Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard and AmEx cards - only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. PureFragrances.com and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Gift Certificate

Buying / Gifting an E-Gift Certificate
• 
Enter the amount for the E-Gift Certificate you'd like to purchase then click "Proceed to payment".

• The sidebar will now have the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Netbanking. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice, or if you need to make any changes to the value, you can always click "Edit" to modify it.
• Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email containing the E-Gift Certificate details.

How Do I buy using an E-Gift Certificate?
Simple!
• Go to www.PureFragrances.com and select the items you want to purchase.
• When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Payment", the same as our regular checkout.
• Select the "Pay By E-Gift Certificate" Option.
•  Enter your XX-digit Certificate Number
•  If the amount of your E-Gift Certificate doesn't cover your order total, you will be prompted to select an additional payment method.


IMPORTANT: Funds will be deducted from your E-Gift Certificate at the time you place your order. In case of any adjustment or cancellation at a later stage, we will (re)issue funds as credit to your Certificate.

Does my E-Gift Certificate Expire?
All E-Gift Certificates are time bound and will expire 6 months from their date of creation.

Can I Still Use Promotional Codes if I Use My E-Gift Certificate?
Yes, by all means!

What Terms & Conditions Apply To E-Gift Certificates?

1. The PureFragrances.com E-Gift Certificate can only be redeemed on the PureFragrances.com website.

2. E-Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase other E-Gift Certificates.
3. One or more E-Gift Certificates can be redeemed against an order. E-Gift Certificates can also be clubbed with applicable PureFragrances.com promotional codes.
4. If the order value exceeds the E-Gift Certificate amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / ATM Card.
5. If the order value is less than the amount of the E-Gift Certificate, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under E-Gift Certificate balance in the My Account section.
6. E-Gift Certificates and unused portions of E-Gift Certificates expire 6 months from the date of issue.
7. E-Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit BUT ARE transferable.
8. PureFragrances.com is not responsible if an E-Gift Certificate is lost, stolen or used without permission.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?
Go to “My Account” link on the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the “Orders” link to view the status of all orders.
To view the status of a specific order, click on the “Order Number”. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you a mail with the shipping details.

What does the different order status mean?
Awaiting payment: Your order is logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Order Received: We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order.
Order Under Process: Your order in under process and will be soon shipped out. 
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled: The order was canceled by you and

When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order before it reaches the "Order Process" state. You can do so by sending us an email via our Contact Us Form with the order number.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
 You can modify your order before it reaches Order Process stage. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Support immediately.

Shipping

How much are the delivery charges?
PureFragrances.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs.500/- or more. Otherwise Rs.50/- is charged as delivery charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
The items which are in stock, all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

What do you mean by Preorder?
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we pre-booking your item for you.
The item will be shipped to you on the day of its official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. E.g.: 5th May, August 3rd week.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost. If your order contains an electronics item (Electric Fragrance Vaporizer) we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All Electronic Items are insured for theft & damages during transit.

What about warranty and hidden costs?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are in stock are stocked in our various warehouses and it usually takes 7-10 business days to reach our customers. Products which you can pre-book, and are labeled as 'Pre-Orders' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.

Does PureFragrances.com deliver internationally?
PureFragrances.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

Courier

How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses - as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile (electronic) items are safely secured with bubble wrap.
What should be done if I find my product has been opened or tampered upon delivery?
Do not accept delivery. Do not accept the package. Get in touch with our support to report the same.
All items are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
We will provide you with the tracking code. Once your order reaches Order Shipped status, we will send out an email/sms to you with the code.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order? 
Yes you can cancel your order, if the order is not been shipped by us.
Go to ‘My Account’ to cancel your order.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
IF your product is shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PureFragrances.com and accept PureFragrances.com decision regarding the cancellation.

Can I get Replacement of items purchased?
Yes, PureFragrances.com offers you replacement of goods purchased on PureFragrances.com. You can ask for replacement of the product/s, subjected to terms and conditions. Please go through our Cancellation and Return Policy.

1. You can ask for replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with PureFragrances.com and notification of the same within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.

Did PureFragrances.com cancel my order?
PureFragrances.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person.
PureFragrances.com can cancel the order:
Under situation where PureFragrances.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed
If the mentioned delivery address is incorrect.
If our customer support fails to establish contact with you either through email or phone within reasonable time
Under suspicious condition of customer identity or fraud.
However, PureFragrances.com will do any applicable refund within reasonable time.

How to stop/unsubscribe News letter?
Uncheck ‘Newsletter’ box from ‘My Account Settings’ or by clicking ‘Unsubscribe/stop’ receiving newsletters button in the email footage of the received newsletter.

How do I redeem a coupon?
You can redeem the coupons while you buy the product. Here is how you can redeem it:
Select the design, product style, and quantity.
Click on 'add to cart'. A page with the sections 'discount coupon section' and 'your shopping cart' will appear. The 'discount coupon' section is for redeeming the discount, while the details of order will be shown in the 'your shopping cart' section.
Type the coupon code in the 'discount coupon section' and click redeemed. The amount value changes in 'shopping cart' section.
Click on buy now to proceed and make the payment
